Bio

Kim Bryan

A debilitating injury in 2018 focused my energy toward healing, pursuing holistic options and embracing well-being. While physical movement was limited, my meditation and mindfulness practices grew, and with treatment from amazing practitioners my physical body began to heal. This healing and wellness journey included thousands of hours of research, self-study and personal development—through seminars, programs and books around various aspects of health, healing, trauma, chronic illness/pain, spirituality, food systems, quantum physics and more.

As I learned about true well-being, I saw how divergent this was from the way many people live, and I began seeking a way to help others bring more wellness and vitality into their lives. This desire led me to coaching—I realized that becoming a coach would equip me with the tools to empower and support others in creating their own positive change, for themselves.

Together we will navigate creating lasting, positive transformation in any area of your life. We will uncover your strengths, tap into your resources, and access your inner wisdom. I believe that challenges serve as opportunities for transformation, empowering individuals to establish boundaries, overcome limiting beliefs, take committed action, and ultimately thrive and flourish. I wholeheartedly celebrate your individuality.

As my client you will be safe being your authentic self, truly seen and heard in a non-judgmental space, and I will honor your trust in me. My specialized trainings include holistic coaching mastery, somatic work, trauma-informed protocol, and positive intelligence. With my whole-person (body, mind, spirit, energy) approach, we will access deeper awareness for laser-focused impact, and sustainable results. In addition to progressing toward your unique goals, you can learn more about yourself and who you want to be.

Personal Philosophy

To support my own well-being I maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, nurture strong social connections, and regularly meet with my coach. I find joy spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and in activities that have me laughing out loud. As an avid learner, I enjoy taking art classes, traveling, and studying all things well-being.
