Anne Reb — Cancer Support Coach

I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients at every stage of their cancer journey, helping them navigate uncertainty with calm and resilience. Through collaboration with patients and clinical experts, I’ve developed mindfulness-based strategies to ease anxiety and address fears about cancer progression. My work emphasizes holistic and time-tested practices to manage stress, improve sleep, and alleviate symptoms. I’ve shared my research worldwide through publications, lectures, and talks at Cancer Support Community groups. Many clients report better focus, more energy, and the ability to focus on what matters most each day.
